DETAILS OF DOCUMENTS FOR THE RIGHT TO CROSS THE BORDER AS A MANDATORY ELEMENT OF THE DOCUMENT PROTECTION AGAINST FORGERY

The article discusses approaches to determining the details of a document as an object forensic research. In relation modern requests for practice checking documents at checkpoints across State Border Republic Belarus, author's version definition proving identity citizen is formulated. For purposes subsequent more accurate authentication itself, existing grounds differentiating are analyzed. New differentiation proposed, among which it proposed include: obligatory document; mechanism displaying in (on) documents; material entered; stage production (type added protection), during entered into it; characteristic object; additional protection itself; subject that makes document. relevance under consideration establishing authenticity course technical examination substantiated.
